Many of Dirty Girl’s projects are done entirely in-house as Design-Build, where we are contracted to undertake both design and construction services and realize your project from start to finish. Other times, we join collaborative teams as the General Contractor exclusively. 

Regardless of our role, DGC considers strategy, communication and transparency paramount and we encourage teamwork at the earliest stages of your project. 

By working with the client, architects, structural engineers and interior designers during Design Phase services, and extending the conversation to include consultants such as landscape architects, lighting designers, low voltage and audio visual professionals during Construction Documents, we are able to develop the finer details and best practices for your build while keeping your budget in check. 

In an industry rife with a lack of harmony or system of checks and balances among participants, Dirty Girl’s early integration method ensures team support, fluid communication, and the ability to mitigate, or even eliminate, issues that can arise with the complex demands of any building project.
